Trying to upgrade - restricted account

Have an upgrade offer so have been trying to look into into it. Whenever I try though it says that my services are being restricted. I click on the option that says to reinstate them and it simply takes me to my latest bill - which has been paid. There is nothing outstanding on my account at all, so don't know what's going on. 

Don't seem to be able to get out of this loop. Did speak to someone at Sky and they said that it might sort itself out. That was a couple of weeks ago now though and I'm still having the same issue.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
