Can't get pac code, old phone with sky broken so using old sim in new phone

You don't and can't use a pac code between two Sky sims so just move the sim into your new phone.

@Ukjaca Did you order a new sim in addition to the old one?

If not you should be able to just simply pop the old sim into the new phone, you don't need a PAC to transfer the number as that wouldn't work in any case.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
