Trying to set up new phone which uses an e-sim.
Following instructions for setting up e-sim. Logged into My Sky and selected sim I want to convert and get message that security code will be sent to check that it is me. Tried loads of times to get text to my phone but keeps saying failed to send. Any suggestions.

You will need to contact Sky for help on this.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
