Trying to resend old device

I am unable to use the pacakging sent in my new device delivery. It doesn't work, won't make up a box. 

 

Please can you resend me a new packaging to enable me to return my old device as I am now past the 14 days of return

As we are customers here if you can not get your hands on packaging yourself then call Sky on 150 about this.

Hi @Julia39  you will need to call sky on 150 to arrange this can't be done here. They will also need to extend the return window, again this can only be done on the phone.
