Trying to remove bank card as payment method

Hi, I don't have a mobile with Sky anymore. I thought I was adding a payment method to our soon to end broadband contract but have just realised I have set it up for a mobile I had a few years ago. I don't want the system to be confused and take a final payment under my mobile account. I had previously cancelled my DD for broadband as my new provider assured me they had cancelled our Sky broadband. But they hadn't and now I need to pay this bill without a hitch. If you have a final outstanding amount to pay for the broadband and due to you cancelling the direct debit Sky can not take it then you should be able to make the payment. As the mobile and broadband are separate I would have thought that they would not take it via the mobile one.
