Trying to reinstall e sim

My daughter lost her phone and I'm trying to reinstall her eSIM on another phone. I can't find the network activation code to do this. Iv also tried to get a replacement e sim but I can't receive the security code as I can't use her number and mine no longer works.

If you are the account holder you will have to call Sky for help with this so the number to use from a phone that has a Sky sim in is just 150.

@Amandac861 Call sky ask them for physical SIM card once received that you can convert back to eSIM just like I did last week
