Trying to order phone

I'm try to order a phone it's asking for bank account numbers but tried the first 2 didn't work also last 2 didn't work is it the long card number or account/sort code as it's now blocking me saying technical issues

It shouldmn't be asking for those details unless you are already a Sky Mobile customer and you haven't said if you are all not so if you are call Sky on 150 to get the order placed.

I'm currently only with sky for the broadband
