Trying to get a quote but keep saying not in portfolio
Hello
I'm at my wits end I'm trying to get a quote for my honor 200 I've typed in the imei number but it keeps saying not in portfolio I'm getting really annoyed what does it mean please

The message itself would suggest that particular model isn't in the database.
