The online form to transfer my number to my new sim won't load, it keeps saying "sorry there is an error" how do I get around this or what is Skys actual customer number as it's impossible to find

Then with the Sky sim in your phone give Sky a call on the free 150 number as they will be able to take the pac code from you. As it is now Friday evening the earliest the transfer will now happen is Monday, possible Tuesday depending on when you give Sky the pac.
