Transferring data from my old iPhone

My number transfers from 02 on 27th December so when should I transfer data to my new device?

Entirely up to you...

 

You can always temporarily use the O2 SIM until it stops working.  (And then use the Sky SIM)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
