Transferring a number from someone’s else sky account to mine

Hi there , I have an account with two phones  one being mine and one being my partners.

my partner also has a second phone which is his work/business phone but that is with his mom on her sky account , they don't speak and haven't done for three years and that phone contract has now ended and the phone is out of use. We desperately need to have that number back up and running as it's our business one and we are struggling not having it.

if I text pac to the number sky tell you to off my partners work phone can I transfer that number onto a pay as you go sim and then transfer it back onto sky but to my account. ?

@Louise249 If the number is on someone elses account then it belongs to them, regardless of who uses it. You would have to seek permission from that account holder before requesting a PAC code as without that permission you have no right to move the number.

Hi @Louise249  if the account is in his mothers name then there may be issues doing that.
