Transferred number over to sky

This week I started a new contract with sky, joining from o2. I got my pac code and transferred my old number to my new contract. I had the text that said it's all done and yes when people call they come through to my phone BUT text that I send are being sent on the sky number that came with the new contract and when I go into my details on the phone it's the sky number?

Is it an iphone you have got ?

As this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
