Transferred number from o2 now complete sim only but can’t receive calls from 02 customers
I have just transferred my number over from 02 to sky mobile sim only now complete. Problem is cannot receive calls from my son who is on 02 can anyone help?

Is the number now correct on your phone itself now that you have been told that it has transferred ?
