Dropped iPad air 2024 in the bath = completely unusable.

Got replacement through insurance but now need my esim 5g data on the new device.

How do I do that? I've no access to my iPad device number as it's dead.

They sent me a physical SIM but I need an esim.

I've read I need a QR code so where is mine?!
