Transfer physical Sim eSIM

Hy dear manager 

i've read this message regarding my SIM card 14th of August. I will lost my phone and I'll complain in a sky network to block my Sim and block my device but now I think is that I have travelled to India and my SIM card is not delivered. I really need this SIM card but I'm not in UK. Can you please help me? Can you please send me my SIM convert in an eSIM and send me a QR code so I scan the QR code and I do my SIM card in eSIM. thank you for your help if you do this I really appreciate you.

@HetalbenDonga  You should be able to access your mobile account and convert your physical sim to eSim https://www.sky.com/help/articles/esim-sky-mobile-convert-sim

 

Sign in to your account and go to SIM options to convert to an eSIM. You'll need to be the account holder to do this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
