I kit keeps coming up with error when I want to transfer my number

I can't transfer my old number across. I have put in my PAC code but comes up with error

I was with Vodafone before

Call Sky on 150 and give them the PAC code - see if they can use it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
