I have a Sky number on a relative's account, which has been cancelled.

I cannot get access to the account details, and now have no network

How can I keep my number?

I doubt you can.

The correct way was for the account holder to give you a PAC code.

The account holder will have to contact Sky and see if the number can be retrieved.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I was too late getting the PAC number and the account holder is not willing to help

As you are not the account holder for that umber there is nothing that you can do I'm afraid.
