Can I transfer some of my mobile data to my dads phone who is also with sky?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Data can only be taken from the piggybank of the account the SIM is on.  If your phone is on a different account then you can't anyway.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
