Hello, i have been waiting for number to transfer from O2 to my new sky mobile since last week and this still hasnt been processed. Please can you help and provide an update or if there are any other additional steps that i need to make in order for this to be processed.

Hi @EmmaLevey when did you give sky your PAC ? Porting doesn't happen at weekends so if you gave sky the PAC on Friday then it would be today or tomorrow before it happens.
