Existing Sky Custoner, Just taken new Esim and being told that if I want to keep my old number I have to transfer my number out to another company and then back in again ???
anyone know a way around this surely cannot be that complicated as an existing customer ???

If it's just a replacement esim for your old physical sim then yes that can transfer and keep the old number. You can't port from sky sim to sky sim (it's the same on other networks too).
