Trade in mobile mix up??
i traded in my old device which was as i said above but did they receive someone elses phone as the model they said they recieved is completely different. What do they mean by model of phone is not what we expected? Doesn't really matter as from now on all future phones will be disposed of mainly because of whoever made this mistake.

Re: Trade in mobile mix up??
There is an email address here you can use to ask them this as it looks like they are saying the model you sent them wasn't they were expecting:
https://www.skytradein.co.uk/contact-us

That email no longer works as my email to them has failed to send was I scammed? And if so do not post that link as it might be a scam site

Re: Trade in mobile mix up??
If this was a 'swap' with Sky then you need to contact Sky to investigate what's going on. (It seems the returned device did not match the device they were expecting - they claim to have received a 4G model instead of the expected 5G model)
(The skytradein is a different service - It's a sky branded purchase option, not swap)

Re: Trade in mobile mix up??
That website isn't a scam site so you have no issues on that as it is run by Ingram Micro on behalf of Sky, I wouldn't have posted it on here if it was a suspicious site.
