Trade in bonus

I traded in a sa Samsung s24 for a Samsung z8 flip. Current promotion says I would receive an additional £150 as a bonus. My trade on value has been confirmed and applied to my account but there is no bonus showing

i  don't believe this is a quick process so keep an eye on your future bills for the credit which should be applied to one of them.
