To end sim

Would like to close ny as sim as aron has his own account with yous now ..........also we have not had our money or gift for thr referl so can you please help nd on both things sim 1st but thanks clare

Hi @CatherineBowman  you can only cancel a sim by calling sky on 150. No one here can do it. If he has had the sim less than 12 months there will be early termination charges. As this isn't sky CS here no one can help with any "gift" or money for a referral. Again you will need to call sky for help with that.
