Time to go

After 10 years sky refuse me an upgrade, unbelievable lack of loyalty. Started downgrading and once the TB of data is used I'm gone.

I presume you've not been successful in a credit check?  Unfortunately, 'loyalty' is not a factor in these.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
