I don't get why my payment has gone up to £57 from £16 I've been having trouble with yourselves with my payments I'm not happy with the service and will be requesting a refund as this is the 3rd issue I have had !

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. We obviously can't see your bills. Check your latest bill and compare it with an older one and see where it differs.
Any roaming / any calls to non inclusive numbers / any premium numbers dialled / any mms messages sent etc ?
