I am currently in Spain and am unable to send sms text message to Uk numbers? Is there a way to fix this thankyou

Hi @Ker9876 there have been many reports of customers with issues in Spain. Sky are aware but have not come up with any answers yet. Have you made sure your spend cap isn't zero ? Have you tried connecting to a different local network ?
