Have you done anything that could have triggered this message like try to move from or to Sky Mobile, if not is your mobile working so can you receive texts, make calls and use mobile data ?

Hi @Qwertttyyyy  try this. 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD. Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with. Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings. Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Hi thanks for messaging back

 

Yes I moved from EE and was transfering my number over,  which was due to change today however this text i received from Sky was at 2am this morning.

 

I can't text or receive calls however my data is working
