Technical error message when trying to upgrade

Every time I try and upgrade my mobile I go through the swap steps and get a technical error message. This has been going on for months. Sat on hold for so long on 2 occasions so hoping for help on here.

i have cleared my cache but still not working

Issues with the website get reported on here frequently and I'm afraid the answer we give is always the same - you will have to speak to Sky to get the upgrade order placed.

It's absolutely disgusting that you can't upgrade online and have to call, and then be put on hold for hours. With technology these days, this should be such an easy process. Come on SKY! Sort this out

Totally agree, I literally do not have time to sit on the phone to upgrade. I will cancel and start a new contract with another company if they don't sort it out

Have you had any success? I'm going through same thing this evening?

Nope. Ended up using the chat message system. Took forever but got there in the end. Upgraded phone & iPad. But just make sure they book swap collection if you are returning items too
