Why oh why, do I receive this error when trying to upgrade every time!?? What is wrong with their website? "Technical error.. it's not your fault"

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @darren2005 this does seem to happen quite often and no real solution from sky. If it's the same on other browsers then your only option is to call sky on 150 and get them to place the order.
Just out of interest do you have 5 or more devices showing in your account (even if you no longer have some of them) ?
