Technical difficulties error message
New customer, been trying to activate my SIM for the past couple of hours - but with no luck as I keep getting an error for "technical difficulties"

Hi @LFab if you don't have another phone to use to call sky then try contacting them via the social media links at the bottom of this page for help.

Make sure all your detais are filled in here so that nothing like your first or surname is missing:

If this is correct then you will have to find a way to either call Sky or perhaps contact them via one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.

Same here for me. It's so frustrating. Was on phone for 90 mins yesterday buying the phone and it nearly drove me insane.

I do have another phone and will try to contact them tomorrow in case I don't manage to make it work through the link(s).
It's quite frustrating tho, and as a new customer it really makes me question my choice.
Oh well, fingers crossed this is gonna work *at some point*...
