Tech issue - 3 days trying to upgrade!

Is anyone else having this issue. I have been through the mobile upgrade steps umteen times now and both the website and App returns a message saying 'Tech issue- it's us not you'. It's infuriating especially when you cant talk ditectly with someone and the live chat is also unavailable. Thanks.

You should be able to call Sky on 150 so are you saying you can't do this ?
