Tech fault

Has anybody else had same problem ,I'm trying to upgrade my tablet ,when I get to basket ,it keeps saying tech problem it's us not you.so annoying.

This gets frequently posted on here so the answer is always the same in that you will have to call Sky to upgrade. 150 is the number to use from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it.
