Tech error our fault not yours

Trying to upgrade a tablet and add to basket then straight away error message saying our fault not yours going on for ages anyone know why?or is it just sky saying no your not swapping?

This error does get posted on here a bit and the answer is that the only way to get around this will be to call Sky and have them place the order for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Same here! Trying to buy new tablet and phone and same error message.
