Sky have continued to take payments from my account even though my contract has expired and paid in full.
I am unable to cancel as according to Sky I no longer have an account to cancel.
Absolute sham.

They're taking the same amount they always have, for both the sim plan and device.
I can't cancel anything because they say there's nothing to cancel 😂

I don't just want to cancel the DD in case I'm slapped with a 'missed payment' on my credit score.
