Taking a MacBook and swapping my old one

Hi, I have a Apple MacBook Air 13-Inch M1 (2020) that I took out in 2014 so it's now eligible for trade in to take a newer model however, when I log in to do so it's says unfortunately sky aren't able to trade in on my product? Can someone please explain this as I'd like to order a new one and send this one back in to take off some money on the new one please.

thanks,

lee

Hi @Lee3371  you can only do a swap when within the swap window (when you are still paying for the old one). Outside of that window you can't swap, you can buy a new device but you won't be able to trade in that old device to get money off the new one.  You could look at a service like music magpie to try and sell your old device.

@Lee3371

Alternatively you could try going direct to Apple
