Not us. You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
You've made an unnecessary manual payment it would appear. The T's and C's state you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up. You therefore never need to make a manual payment. Once Sky have processed the planned payment they are expecting, a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid.
This credit should automatically be used to pay your next months bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
If you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit, contact Sky who can arrange a refund within the standard 3-5 working days.
Either call, use Sky Assistant or perhaps use social media to initially make contact.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: Taken 2 payments
Not us as we are just customers here.
Did you make an unnecessary manual payment and if you did this will have gone onto your account as a credit so it will not have paid this bill so you will need to call Sky on 150 to ask them to refund it for you and going forward you do not need to make such payments as Sky will take it automatically from you.
