Swop phone
I sent my phone back 7 days ago no update or anything no credit been knocked off so I'm now paying two contracts

It can take 2-3 weeks to be processed so you might have a little while to wait.

@Derekgwynne It can take a couple of weeks for the returned phone to be inspected and any credit applied, until that happens you do have to pay for both phones.
