Switching mobile

18th Sept ie almost 6 weeks ago I applied to switch mobile from eir to sky having heard advertising re same on 3rd Oct received and paid bill despite not having number yet switched as I was assured it would be only a matter of another 24 to 48hrs

 

Despite phoning help line at least 7 times since still not switched!!!@ keep being told porting is in progress and will be done 3 to 5 business days however this is not happening......

I have now received my 2nd bill to he paid by Nov 3 and still no service 

I am still paying eir in order to have access to my number so double billed for same period

This is extremely frustrating especially when I keep hearing and seeing those ads about sky mobile telling me to #expect more# what are my options?

I definitely do not recommend switching to sky mobile
