I switched to sky mobile yesterday and I still have no reception. How long does it take to change over ? Does sky do it automatically or do o have to contact Vodafone ?

If you did this yesterday then porting doesn't happen at weekends so it will be Monday at the earliest before your number would change. Your Vodafone sim will still work until the port starts.

I went through the steps but I wasn't asked for a PAC code. I am unable to log into my Vodafone account now and my Vodafone network is not working either . I have no reception at all

If you've closed your Vodaphone account without a PAC then the number may be lost. You'll have to contact Vodaphone directly to see if they can issue a PAC.

Depending on where you're located it could be due to yesterdays storm. My Sky mobile has been without service for over 24 hours now
