Switched to Sky from O2 but now have problems making and receiving calls

Having been with 02 for over 20 years, I switched to Sky in November 2025 as they were offering a cheaper deal but still on the O2 network.

However, since switching over, very often,  I can't receive or make calls, even though I have 4 or 5 bars on the signal strength display. People that call me often then have to leave a message on the answering service as they can't get through. If I'm making a call, I often have to make several attempts before the line connects. It's as if I'm on an O2 second rate service compared to when I was with O2 directly.

Has anyone else experienced something similar to this?
