Switch my current mobile to sky

I have recently got a new cheaper sim card deal through sky but I want to keep my existing phone number I have got a pac code but its not letting me transfer the number across any help please

Which non-Sky network did you get the PAC from?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If your number is on another Sky sim then you need to move it to a PAYG network then back via another pac code to the new Sky sim.
