Swapping sky tablet

I bought a new tablet from sky and had the opportunity to swap my old one. I have called them three times and I still only recieved the return label without a package to send it back in.

You can use the packaging the new one came with asvthere should be a small return label inside of it that you can use if you still have it that is.

I have a tablet and this package is way too small for me to use. I have to return a Galaxy Tab A8.

If they have sent you a return label then you could use your own packaging, just make sure when sending it off that your include a piece of paper with your account number on it and that you keep the proof of posting receipt.
