Swap24

I done swap24 and my agreements ends on the 6feb 2026, does that mean I can upgrade for nothing on the 6th Feb 2025?

You can swap anytime you want before that date because once you have an d off your device you will not be able to do a swap with it as it will belong to you.

'Nothing' is subjective.

 

Swap24 means it's a 36 month contract where you would normally swap at 2 years.  The idea is the residual value of the device should cover the remaining credit you owe.

 

You can then start a whole new arrangement.  Depending on any amount you still owe and the new device you select then you start a new term of payments...   (So another 3 years for example)

Hi @Chelseawi  if your swap phone is in good condition and the valuation sky give for your old phone matches what you owe then yes there should be no extra cost involved.
