Im on a 36month contract with sky and finished my 2 years(24months) and on my 25th month. According to swap24 I am eligible to swap my device. But in the app it says" unfortunately not eligible for an upgrade". Why is that.?
also I have paid my bill for the 25th month as well.
Am i be eligible after the 25th month or how does that work?
