Swap

Hi, I would like to swap my phone but first i would like to browse the store but I am unable to. I think it is because there are too many devices saved on my account but only 4 of these are active. Could you possibly get them removed so that i may browse and upgrade/sawp online please?

You'll have to call Sky (on 150) to start a swap.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You should be able to do this by logging out of your account.
