Swap

Hi people I recently put in for a swap recently I got an email saying send I should send old device back (iPhone 15 pro)  to them within 14 days of your new device or the request will be cancelled, and I will have to raise this again what does that mean? 

I did call (Monday) 150 to cancel the swap as it was made by accident on my phone said the order was cancelled then again Tuesday to make sure and I was told it was cancelled but it still arrived. 

i will replay soon as I'm finished with work. 🙂

Hi @CH20023  if the new phone arrived and you don't want it then you will need to call sky on 150 to arrange it's return. The swap part of the deal will be cancelled if you don't send your old phone back within 14 days of receiving the new phone. You should also be able to confirm the swap cancellation when on the phone arranging the return of the new device.
