I've recently swapped my phone for a upgrade. How do I return my old phone.

You should be able to return it by using the packaging your new device came in as there should be a small return label on the inside that you can use. If you don't have the packaging (and can't get a small box) and/or the label then call Sky on 150 who will get it sent to you.
