I was wondering why old device hasn't been taken off my account I returned it nearly 3 weeks again and it still hasn't been taken from my a count and my bill is double

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt takes the company that handles the returns for Sky about 3 weeks to process returned devices like yours so if you got and still have proof of posting then give Sky a call on the free 150 number as they might be able to help you.
