Got two new upgrades and sent old phones back as part of my swaps. Sent them back special delivery and double checked tracking and both phones were delivered and signed for on the 16th of July but got an email this morning from sky saying they havent received them yet. I sent back an email this morning stating this but haven't heard back from them? Has this happened to anyone else before?
