Swap order didn’t get delivered even after two months

I have ordered phone swap in september, and i keep following regularly and did many emails tried with customers service in chat several times, even after I didn't got information from sky about my order, i got two messages and update on sky app that my phone is on its way but today i got updates and it says your order is in error and unable to deliver and it will be cancelled. So what will i do now its been already two months waiting for that order.

Is your new phone and iphone 17 by any chance ?

I have 16 pro max with me, and I did swap with 17 pro max but didn't arrive.

That is because as usual with these new iphones at this time of year there are delays on them being sent out as Sky will be awaiting for stock from Apple so the latest on your order should be found here:

Yeah, but I got action required in my order now, and than I contacted them and they told me they unable to deliver and unfortunately they had to cancel it. I don't know why?
